Rust converter tannin, Antiruster series, aerosol 520 ml
Designed to protect metal from absolutely all parts of the vehicle body from corrosion: doors, wheel arches, welded joints, sills and the body as a whole.
It has a high penetration rate into the structure of a metal material.
Quickly and efficiently converts rust on metal surfaces into a chemically inactive compound.
Due to its chemical composition, the conversion process takes place in minutes.
It forms a strong polymer coating of dark color, which is an excellent protective primer before subsequent staining. At the same time, it significantly improves the adhesion of paints and varnishes to the surface and prevents the formation of sub-film corrosion.
The coating formed by ASTROhim rust converter is highly moisture resistant and reliably protects the metal surface from further corrosion.
Easy and evenly applied thanks to aerosol spraying.
It can be used for domestic use.
Recommendations for use
Before applying the composition, prepare the surface: clean from dirt, remove loose and exfoliating rust with a metal brush, dry well and degrease. For degreasing, we recommend using Antisilicon. Universal degreaser ASTROhim. "
Protect uncultivated areas with masking tape to avoid traces of the compound. Shake the bottle vigorously for 1-2 minutes.
The composition is recommended to be applied at ambient temperature from + 10 to +30 ° C.
Apply ASTROhim Tannin Rust Converter from a distance of 15-25 cm onto the prepared surface. Shaking the bottle periodically during use. To obtain a uniform coating, we recommend applying 2-3 thin layers with intermediate drying for 2 minutes, while avoiding the formation of drops and sagging.
Before applying paints and varnishes it is recommended to dry the surface well during the day. If necessary, before painting, treat the surface with fine-grained emery paper and apply the primer.
In order to avoid clogging of the spray head, it is recommended to turn the container upside down and spray at the end of work until clean gas flows.
It is not recommended to be applied directly to the paintwork.
