THE CHILDREN (aka: THE CHILDREN OF RAVENSBACK- 1980) is the story of a nuclear power plant, its negligent workforce, and the resulting catastrophe. Though, not the catastrophic event one might usually expect. This time, in the tiny town of Ravensback, a school bus full of incredibly well-behaved kids drives through a cloud of radioactive smog. When the sheriff finds the bus, abandoned by the side of the road, still idling, the fun begins! The tots unleash the terror of their atomic touch, turning the unwary into immolated tuna casserole! Fortunately, Ravensback is populated by some of the most annoying and cantankerous citizens on our beloved planet!
