Description
Liquid tin (chemical tinning of circuit boards) 100ml REXANT is intended for coating printed circuit boards and copper parts with tin. As a result of chemical tinning of surfaces and parts, oxidation of copper is prevented and the surface is ready for soldering.
Mode of application:
1) before tinning, clean and degrease the part;
2) immerse the part in a plastic dish with a solution of liquid tin at room temperature;
3) withstand 15-30 minutes, as a result, we obtain a tin layer of 1 μm on the part.
Repeat the procedure to thicken the layer. One bubble allows tin to cover 1/4 square meter of the surface (25 dm.sq.). The solution can be used as many times as needed until complete depletion.
