Cuttings are properly chilled to keep them in the hibernated state before shipping.
This will not affect the cuttings as the leaves must be removed for rooting.

Shipping/Handling:
When we ship out our cuttings, our packages may include some of the following items: paper, staples, customs or shipping label, wrapped to keep cuttings moist during shipping.
We prepare to send out these purchases Monday - Friday evenings and on Sundays. All Saturday purchases will be sent out the next day.
Invoice needs to be paid within 3 days unless you notify us.
NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS - IN CASE OF Damage New Item will be sent out.
