ZINCOR-AUTO (designed to combat body corrosion)

Tsinkor-Auto is a special kit for local rust removal and galvanization of the body surface or household appliances by electroplating. Zinc is intended for electrochemical removal of rust, deposition of a protective layer of zinc, electrolyte, or restoration of a protective layer of zinc.

The kit includes:
- solution for degreasing and removing rust;
- solution for applying a protective coating;
- stainless steel electrode for surface preparation;
- electrode with a tip made of zinc for applying a protective coating;
- connecting wire.

Suitable for processing up to 0.3 square meters of surface - this is a platform measuring 30 cm by 100 cm or “nine” wings. Operating voltage - 6-36 V DC (battery, device to start charging). Solutions in reusable vials, non-volatile. Shelf life - at least 5 years.

Instructions for use

Rust removal
- Before starting work on the damaged area, rusted and cleaned paint was removed with a blade or knife.
- A wire is connected with a clip in the “positive” battery terminal of the vehicle produced.
- In the No. 1 electrode in the connector and leave the tip with the swab in the No. 1 solution until it is completely saturated.
- Apply to the damaged corrosion zone, after waiting from 10 to 60 seconds. Slowly move the electrode over the damaged area until rust is removed.
- In case of deep corrosion, treat mechanically (with emery paper, metal brush) and another process.
- After removing the rust of the promoter surface, a maximum of water to provide a mixed solution of 1 with a solution of 2.
- Disconnect electrode # 1.
Do not touch the surface to be treated with your fingers. metal is degreased.

The use of a protective layer of zinc:
- Insert electrode number 2 into the connector and leave the tip with the swab in solution number 2 until it is completely saturated.
In order to avoid dark spots on the metal surface for 1-3 minutes, DO NOT STOP THE ELECTRODE ON THE PLACE.
- At the end of the work, thoroughly rinse the area with water and wipe dry.
