Ambassador College (1947-1997) was a four-year liberal arts college founded by radio evangelist/Worldwide Church of God founder Herbert W. Armstrong (1892-1986), who served as chancellor and president. Armstrong's son, evangelist Garner Ted Armstrong (1930-2003) received his BA. MA and Ph.D from Ambassador College.
