This is the Handy Hannah Deluxe hair and fingernail dryer from Universal, model UH-2195D. According to the date code on one of thie pieces of paperwork, this is from 1963. It comes as shown, with its instructions and other misc papers, and vinyl cap of course. It has been tested and it works fine. It looks like it has seen very little use, if any, over the decades.
