New Pr. 4-on-2-13/16" Dual-Flange Idler-Wheel Hubs, Fit 3/4" or 1" Spindles; fit PermaGreen®

Offering these new “4-on-2-13/16” replacement mig-welded wheel hubs to fit 3/4" or 1”-diameter spindles.
These dual-flange hubs have the industry-standard 4-bolt lug patterns on a 2-13/16”-diameter bolt circle. The wheel-mount and brake plates are 3-1/2” OD x 3/16” thick.
The lug bolts are 5/16”-24 SAE thread and extend 5/8” from the wheel-mount face. The reversible lug nuts and brake-drum nuts are included, as shown; lock washers are not used on the PermaGreens.
The hub length is 3-1/2” and includes the Grafoil® Bushings that extend into the hubs ends 15/16" with the 3/4" Bushings or 1-1/16" with the 1" Bushings.
The wheel-mount face of the hub is 5/8" from the outer edge of the hub bushing; the brake-drum face is 1/4" from the outer edge of the hub bushing.
The bushings extend in to the hub 5/8" on each end; grease Zerks are included, and the Bushings are grooved so the grease is pumped into the center of the hub before coming out the ends, fully lubricating the Bushings and axle.
Hub tube OD is 1-5/8". The hubs are painted white powder-coat as shown in the pictures.
The lug plates are offset 45° as shown.
These hubs may be used to replace the roller-bearing equipped rear idler-wheel hubs on PermaGreen® spreaders that use the 6" x 4-1/4" split rims with brake drums. When kept properly lubricated, the Grafoil Bushings will not gouge the spindles as they wear, like the roller bearings do, thus saving you spindle replacements.
