The Beurer EM29 Knee and Elbow Tens works based on electrical nerve stimulation (TENS). TENS is a clinically proven, effective, non-drug, side-effect-free method for the treatment of the causes of pain. The pain-relieving effect is achieved by the suppression of the transmission of pain signals directly to the source of the pain and increases the excretion of endogenous endorphins, which reduce the feeling of pain.

The EM29 TENS machine is super easy to use, the knee and elbow cuff has been ergonomically designed to fit perfectly around the joint to make it easy get a comfortable fitting that puts the electrodes in the perfect place. The cuff has a Velcro fastening that gives a universal fit of anywhere between 25cm to 70cm. Ones you have a comfortable fit then all you need to do is pick one of the four programmes and away you go. If you find that you can’t really feel the machine working, then you can up the intensity with the press of a button and if the sensation is becoming uncomfortable you can reduce the intensity. The Beurer EM29 has 20 intensity settings so you can get yourself the perfect therapy every time.
