Girl Figure with Big Hat and Muff Lady Vintage Figurine

This vintage figurine is unmarked and the paper label is long gone, so I'm unsure as to who made her. She wears a hat with 'fur' trim, a 'fur' trimmed coat, and a muff. Her face is hand painted, and she has a gold collar and gold trim on her hat, coat, and muff. She has overall light crazing, but no chips, cracks, or repairs. Height: 7 inches. Circa 1940! (#6008-CE)
