This beautiful 12.3 inch  ladle will be great for soups, sauces and more. The ladle is handmade in Tunisia from ancient Tunisian olive trees that have come to the end of their productive life, they are all slightly different and all bear the marks of their working. Prized for its variations in characteristics, olive wood is naturally strong and elegant. Olive wood also has antibacterial properties, and is resistant to stains and odors! Annually apply a little vegetable oil to maintain and preserve the appearance of the wood. ♥  Care instructions  ♥ Rub your olive wood product with olive, peanut or sunflower oil once a month. Dip a paper towel into the oil and gently rub, using a circular motion, over the surface of the wood. Work the oil into the sides, top and bottom of the olive wood.
