Saccharomyces cerevisiae Meyen (1) yeast used in Anima-Strath® products contains a wide variety of vital substances. In the patented production process 50 medicinal plants are added (2) whose active substances are metabolized by the yeast, resulting in a unique combination of plasmolyzed yeast and plants. A critical step in the manufacturing process is the plasmolysis of yeast cells (4). Plasmolysis is achieved by fermentation (3) of the yeast cells, in a natural process that occurs for 10 days.
