Culture: The Dragon Tree is a very hardy and drought tolerant tree that tolerates extreme heat, winds and salt spray. Plant in full sun or part shade. Water infrequently and deeply. Do not allow the root zone to remain wet as this is the easiest way to kill this plant. It is hardy to about 20 degrees F.





Sowing Dracaena draco Seeds:

For best results, please follow the instructions in the order provided.

Scarify: Lightly sand the seed with sandpaper or a file, then pour Hot water over seeds. Soak for 24 hours.

Stratify: None

Germination: Sow 1/4” Deep, Keep Warm (70 Degrees F) and Moist, (Not wet) with plenty of sun. Expect 3 months for germination.

The American Bittersweet Vine Seeds are lovely, but the germination rates vary. I planted them immediately, and I look forward to seeing them grow. They seem to be healthy and well-packaged.
