This highly durable hood damper kit enables you to open the hood without the hood rod (which can interfere with some parts installation and some stock mount aftermarket intercoolers). The damper kit is designed to be installed without any permanent modification to your vehicle or the hood. The installation can be done with simple hand tools in 10 - 25 minutes. This damper Kit includes brand new gas dampers and custom machined brackets to fit the specific vehicle for installation.

•Ball Stud (qty- 4)
•Fastening Clips (qty- 4)

Note: The Fastening Clips secure the ball stud in place. They should be removed from the female counterpart prior to inserting the ball stud, and replaced afterwards to prevent slippage. Don't try to force the ball studs in place when the clips are still on!
