Indication
As an antacid for symtomactic relief of hyperacidity associated with the diagnosis of peptic ulcer, gastritis, peptic esophagitis, gastric hyperacidity, heartburn, or hiatal hernia.
As an antiflatulent to alleviate the symptoms of gas, inlcuding postoperative gas pain.
Directions for Use
Two to four tablets, well chewed, four times a day, taken twenty minutes to one hour after mealand at bedtime, or as directed by a physician.
Maalox are not recommended for children.
