1. Item Damaged
If the customer receives a damaged product:

2. If the customer simply wants to return the item:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging.
The shipping fee is non-refundable. The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost for return item.
3. Return to Sender (RTS)
Generally, packages that are returned to sender are not subject to a refund restocking fee and shipping charges.
