They will degrade in the outdoor elements. The Vinyl decals are made from high quality Oracal Vinyl which is water resistant, but it is not waterproof. If submerged in water for long periods of time the sticker may degrade. SHIPPINGItems are shipped usually within 1 business day Monday - Friday. The stickers / decals are shipped in a standard white envelope. Due to the size of a standard envelope USPS Terms of Service does not have an option for tracking because they are sent with a stamp. In an effort to keep my prices low and competitive I use a stamp for postage. Standard First Class Mail usually delivers in 3-6 business days in the continental US (Hawaii & Alaska will take longer) depending on Holidays and weather conditions.
