No two flowers are exactly the same. They do well in the garden or in a container. The flowers are doubles and start flowering in early spring and will go through summer. When fall hits, cut plant down to a couple of inches and cover with mulch or leaves and they will come up next year in early spring. Dwarf Hollyhocks will do best with 6 hrs of sun a day and a little fertilizer. Pretty much carefree once seedlings are established. The flower stalks make great long lasting cut flowers.
