How to Use

1. To cool, place the pads in the fridge for a minimum of 1 hour or the freezer for a minimum of 30 minutes.
2. Sit the Cooling Gel Eye Pads over your eyes for 10-15 minutes. (They advise removing contact lenses before use.)
3. Relax.
