Limited edition collector plate by Gallery Editions, sponsored by the American Rose Society. It features an original painting by Luther Bookout of the 1982 All-America Rose Selection, "Brandy".
Plate has a 1/2" wide 24-karat gold border.

Condition: Very fine, I'd say. No chips or cracks, but there is some light scuffing or rubbing of the gold trim in a few spots around the edge, likely caused by a plate hanger. Comes in its original styrofoam shipping container.
