Shaolin Xinyi Fist is one of traditional martial art series of Shaolin Temple, Songshan Mountain. It is passed down by famous Martial Monk, Master Jiqin at the end of Qing dynasty. Its styles are: direct Qi with intention. Stimulate strength with Qi. Intention combines with heart, Qi combines with strength. When acting, Qi comes from Dantian. Once acting, it can tackle anything. Action is unsophisticated and earthy. Attacking and defending are rigorous. And taking in and sending out coincide with each other.
