Description

Shaolin Arhat Boxing is a typical form in the Shaolin Boxing series. Its main techniques are seen as practical in combat, crateful in arrangement, tidy in posture, and smooth and continuous in movement. The hand punches out upward, to the front, or downward; always changing to resist the enemy's attack, with the chop to parry or block to deflect. The practitioner looks one way and strikes another. This form requires the exerciser to shout loud as a thunderclap to encourage himself, and turn his body and swing his arms in coordination.
