SEARS PROMOTIONAL ADVERTISING Winnie The Pooh 45 and Picture Sleeve

Here is a unique and rare Walt Disney and Winnie The Pooh item. This record and picture sleeve were given away in small numbers for a short period of time at SEARS Stores to help introduce and promote the Sears line of childrens Winnie The Pooh clothing fashions. It has the Sears logo appearing three times on the sleeve. The front of the sleeve plugs the new exclusive Sears line of Winnie The Pooh clothing, and the back goes into more detail about this line and promotes a full length 12 inch record album that was available for purchase at Sears. The labels on the 45 read A GIFT FROM SEARS. I believe this was released in 1965. The voice of Winnie The Pooh is by STERLING HOLLOWAY on the LITTLE BLACK RAIN CLOUD side of the 45.
The record is clean and retains a large portion of its original gloss. Under a lamp the vinyl shows just a bit of light surface scuffing and marking. There is nothing even close to being able to be felt on the grooves and this looks far better than most Disney records. It looks like it has had only a small amount of plays. There is a tiny, manufacturers spot chip (around 1/32 nd of an inch) on the top of the outer edge on one side of the 45 which likely occurred as it came off of the pressing line. This is not anywhere near the first groove. Both of the record labels are in exceptionally nice condition. The picture sleeve shows a bit of ring wear on one side where the 45 has rested against it. There is very little actual wear on the surface, the paper is just a bit crinkled around the edges. There is no seam splitting, no tearing, and no writing.
