Simplicity 7694; © 1991; Child's Dress and Jumpsuit: Dress and jumpsuit with gathers at slightly raised waistline seam has back zipper. V. 1, 2 and 4 have attached ribbon ties. V. 1 has contrast collar. V. 1 and 2 have elbow length sleeves with elastic casing forming self ruffle. V. 3 and 4 with short sleeves and V. 2 have armhole ruffle. Jumpsuit V. 4 has long pants with elastic casing forming self ruffle. V. 3 and 4 have lace edging.

Uncut and factory folded. Complete. Instruction sheets included and in good condition. Envelope is in good condition with the usual corner bumps and flap creases. There is a store marking on the front. See pictures.
