Each pack contains 20 tea bags of Origana Ultra Slimming Tea Classic
Ingredients: Senna Leaf, Chinese Mallow Leaf, Hyssop Herb, Licorice Root, Turkey Rhubarb Root, Cinnamon Bark, Chamomile Flower, Ginger Root, Cloves, Orange Peel, Panax Ginseng Root.
Directions: Take a few hours before or after taking other medications or health products. Take a single dose (one cup) at bedtime, Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take 2 to 3 times per week. If desired results are not observed, the frequency of use may be increased up to once daily.
For hot tea: Bring fresh water to a boil. Pour 250 ml (one cup) hot water over one tea bag. Cover and steep for 3 to 5 minutes, Add Luo Han Guo or stevia to sweeten if desired. Limit use to one tea bag per day.
For iced tea: Pour 500 ml (two cups) of hot water over 4 tea bags. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. Remove tea bags. If sweeteness is desired, stir in Luo Han Guo extract or stevia while tea is hot. Mix with an additional 500 ml (two cups) of cold water and chill.
