Ukrainian Network Activated:
Entering new Ukrainian market Lycamobile offers extremely low rates worldwide, but for Ukrainian subscribers only, so for use outside of Ukraine each SIM card must be activated first in Ukrainian mobile network, which requires damaging of the original manufacturer's packaging.
Validity:
Each SIM card is activated at the time of shipping and will remain active for 90 days + 30 days incoming calls only.
Validity period renews every time a chargeable service is used or a top-up is made.
If the SIM card is not used or topped-up for a total of 120 days the SIM card will be deactivated and the number will be recycled.
1 year validity extension available - 4 USD / year.
Top-Up:
We provide credit refill on demand via PayPal: 20 to 200 USD per number per month, 35% commission.
In 90% of cases you can top up your SIM with a foreign bank card (must support MasterCard SecureCode or Visa 3-D Secure) via lycamobile website, but there is a chance when it is either too expensive or at all impossible. Whether it depends on the country or the bank-issuer, it's hard to tell, but you should consider this possibility before purchasing.
