Silk scarf or pocket puff small dark diagonal check rolled hem unisex vintage ll3562

A classic small scarf (18 Inches square) that is also appropriate to use as a pocket puff. It is predominantly black with a fine check of orange and yellow or it could be white. The stripes are very fine lines. These are diagonally drawn. The border is same lines that run to the hand sewn hem.
This is quite an old scarf but in great vintage condition.

The scarf has a small tag sewn into the hem. 100% silk. On the reverse side is a maker's name but I can't make it out.
