You are looking on a very rare discontinued New Jersey embossed yellow style ASSEMBLY special license plate sample issued by the New Jersey MVS (DMV). Note that NJ license plate samples are NOT offered for sale to the public by any MVS/DMV branch in New Jersey so they are hard to come across. This specific license plate for sale was used to teach DMV clerks to recognize hardly ever issued Political license plates such as ASSEMBLYMAN at the NJ DMV headquarters on 225 East State Street in Trenton. Note that the "O" is rectangle shaped as opposed to the easier regular "o" sample which makes this prototype/sample type even harder to come across. The license plate sample listed is for collecting/display purposes only, and fully complies with all eCRATER listing policies. It is no longer valid and is at least three years old. It is sold as a collectible, hobby or souvenir item and never for display on any type of motor vehicle. All buyers must agree to not misrepresent their intent in making this purchase and further agree to not misuse this license plate in any way that will violate any state, federal or local laws, statutes and/or ordinances.
