Simplicity 3810 Sewing Pattern Girls' Dress w/ Gathered Skirt Size 8

Simplicity 3810; ©1950s; Girls' One-Piece Dress: Dress has a yoke with center front box pleat, set-in sleeves, back button closing, full gathered skirt with tuck detail, V. 1,2 have short sleeves and small collar. V. 1 has contrasting collar and trim. Belt is self or purchased. V. 2, 3 have self tie ends. V. 2 has contrasting collar and yoke and rick-rack trim. V. 3 has short puff sleeves with elastic in casing at lower edge and heavy cotton lace trim. Sleeves and yoke are of a contrasting fabric.

Breast: 26 inches
Waist: 23 inches
Hip: 28 inches

Cut pattern with some pieces by pinking shears. Complete with no missing pieces. Pattern pieces are in usable condition. Instruction sheet included with age tanning and wear. A very worn envelope has side tears and corner tears, but is not missing any written information. Age discoloration. Fragile. Please see pictures.

There is no date on the pattern, but based on original price, dress design and envelope design, I'm guessing this is a late 1950s pattern.
