Item Description 16 Cylinder Hot Air Stirling Engine Motor Model Creative Motor Engine Toy Engine Description: Name :Hot Air Stirling Engine Model Model:524378 Material: Stainless Steel; base:wood Color:Silver Sizes:21.5x10x16.5cm/8.46”x3.9”x6.49” Type:16 Cylinder(8 heating tube+8 cooling tube) A Stirling engine is a heat engine that operates by cyclic compression and expansion of air or other gas, the working fluid, at different temperature levels such that there is a net conversion of heat energy to mechanical work. The engine is like a steam engine in that all of the engine's heat flows in and out through the engine wall. Features: -This is an external combustion engine in which the fuel is burned continuously, and the piston is moved by the expansion of air as a medium, and the expansion gas is cooled in the cold chamber, and the cycle is repeated. Only a small alcohol lamp, you can make it fast rotation and strong power. -As the external combustion engine to avoid the traditional internal combustion engine of the explosion to do work, in order to achieve a high efficiency, low noise, low pollution and low operating costs. -The biggest advantage of the external combustion engine output and efficiency from the influence of altitude, very suitable for high altitude areas. - Aerodynamics are rich in knowledge of physics, Engine principle is intuitive, educational toys, teaching experimental equipment can effectively cultivate children's interest in learning can also be used for classroom teaching, more intuitive and easy to understand. -A floating bead links 8 cylinders and its piston to drive based on the motor power from hot air, hard to believe it is a engine model, super cool,8 cylinders, 8 heating tube -8 fire-outlet sparks the fire flame to the stainless heating tube, cool Cycle process: 1.Isothermal heat absorption; 2. By the external heat source isothermal heating; 3.So on heat, for heat with; 4.To the coolant isothermal exothermic, complete a cycle. Instructions: -The engine model on the horizontal position by hand toggle the flywheel to see if smooth, if there is a strong sense of raw astringent, check the connection rod is normal, whether the cylinder oil and dust, and if so, please use toilet paper to erase Not smooth. Toggle the flywheel feel pressure rebound within the cylinder body is a normal phenomenon, the cylinder is sealed. -The packing bag of alcohol lamp cotton wear into the metal cap lamp. -Please go to the pharmacy to buy 95% purity alcohol, anhydrous industrial alcohol better. Fill the alcohol lamp to less than two-thirds. -Alcohol lamp to the alcohol lamp, at the premise of ensuring safety, ignite the alcohol lamp about 2 minutes after the flywheel, until the flywheel automatic operation so far, the whole process of heating, hands may not touch. -Led lights can be directly into the generator output interface, if not inserted, the exchange can be positive and negative, led a long foot for the cathode. Note: 1.Due to the different display and different light, the picture may not reflect the actual color of the item. Thanks for your understanding. 2.Please allow little differs due to manual measurement.
