Cachet: Front: Monochrome violet DODD design featuring a drawing of "The Charter Oak" and an explanation of the significance of the tree and the Charter of Connecticut.
Back: Rubber-stamped black circular design from the Hartford Chamber of Commerce, also featuring the Charter Oak.
Condition: Neat and clean, with a handwritten address in black ink. The back flap is sealed.
