This is a great black scoop neck linen dress! The bodice is loosely fitted a-line, with a seam down the middle. It’s a pull on style, no buttons or zippers. This can be dressed up or down. It’s the perfect dress for traveling, very comfortable and flowy. It's a great transitional piece as we move into the cooler months, and can even be great for layering with a t-shirt or sweater. Come winter, it layers well with turtleneck and boots.
It’s really hard to photograph black. The photos don’t do it justice and are hard to see. It’s a very “breathable” linen but not transparent at all. I've put a photo with tissue paper inside to show the neckline and sleeves. The tag photo shows the grain better than any other photo I've tried taking.
