BUT then it has a first issue stamp ~ so IS THIS A CACHET FIRST DAY COVER..??, has the first of issue stamp and postal mark: LITITZ, PA. DEC. 6 PM 1966. The stamp is from Scott Nbr. COLLIE'S MAGPIE JAYS 1241, Issue 1963. Has a nice illustrated folio lithograph picture of the stamp issued. GREAT COVER TO FRAME, IF SO DESIRED!!! Folded card measures 4-7/8 x 6-3/4 H. Lithograph measures 3-1/4 x 4-3/4 H.
