Action -Liftgate not lowering

Check all connections and all connectors for worn, loose, or corroded connections. Replace any defective terminals with 'heat shrink' factory terminal.

Possible Cause #2
Bad lowering valve coil.


Action -

Remove coil from lowering cartridge and test magnetism of inside of coil with metal object ( i.e. screwdriver ) while energizing 'down' control side of switch only.

Possible Cause #3

Latch assembly not unlatched.


Action -

With platform on ground, remove lowering valve and inspect. Clean if dirty. Replace if plunger not freely moveable
