Nepal Funky Little Hippie Hoodie Layering Top Choice

Back to our roots! From Nepal here's a really cool layering piece for Fall/Winter. It's a LONG top in a knit viscose (mainly) but it has sweater knit insets: inside the hood, at the drop waist and then on the sleeve bottoms. The body of this hooded ruched tunic feels like a nice heavier knit tee material only thicker.
The top has a ruched neckline. Then, where the sweater knit is inset at the drop waist, it is gathered there too, above and below the knit.
This is a great company that we've missed! But now, the trendy "little sister" has taken charge of the designs and we couldn't be happier! While all the new stuff still has that retro spin, they're a bit more "urban hippie". We love that!
These are sized and from our experience with the stuff from Nepal, we did not order any size Smalls, because the sizing seems to run a notch down. So you'll see the measurements below for M-L-XL which we feel are more like S-M-L. View carefully. We're sure if you are a size Small that the Medium will work for you. But remember, these are designed to be worn loose and oversize. The bust measurement especially appears big, but it's all in the cut. It should be.
Measurements are taken from side to side with the garment laid out flat, so double and subtract your own wiggle room.

Waist: Somewhat dropped -- measurement taken at the knit inset piece -- 16"
Bottom: Widens a bit more as it goes down ending at 28"
