This is a Read and Sing Little Leap from Leap Frog. He has his rear tag, but no other tags. His eyes have scuffs and scratches, and he is in over all good condition with wear from normal play. This one is only partially working; I could not get anything from the two middle buttons on his right hand as shown in the demonstration video on my YouTube channel at: youtu.be/eOXHI02m_vY. Batteries not included.

The Read & Sing Baby Tad is a lovely toy for my little one. It engages her with learning while being soft and cuddly. She enjoys pressing the buttons and singing along, which makes playtime educational and fun. A fantastic gift that I highly recommend.
