Fab Gypsy Elements Dancing Skirt Velvet 4 Colors!
What a gorgeous hippie/gypsy skirt! You have your choice of Purple, Black or Dark Teal Green.
Never out of style! These are from probably the most quality company out there. You can find the cheesy ones all over the place and that's great if you're looking for something to wear once. I love these Stevie type skirts and the quality is second to none! The retail on these ones is $42. NWT's of course!
There are just so many elements here! But first, the bulk of this one is the heavy natural drapey cottony feel rayon. The purple has a very quick black over wash. Brings out the details! Teal and jet are solid, no over wash. Very deep colors and vibrant.
The skirt has an elastic waist with an added string tie. There are 3 different types of "panels" pieced vertically in this one. All the drapey heavier natural rayon but 3 diff looks!
The first one is plain and this one has tonal embroidered medallions down it. Not too much! The second fabric has some texture to it...sort of a vertical, slimming stripe of sorts in the fabric. The third one is a chikan embroidery and this one is pieced in the very center -- front and back. Well past the knee there is really nice crochet trim that separates the velvet pointy piecing.
These are FAB!!
MEASUREMENTS***One Size Fits All!***
Measurements are taken across the front only--so please double and then subtract your own personal "wiggle room".
The waist unstretched measures 13.5" and stretches to 23" comfortably. The hips (measured 10" down from the waistband) measure just about 30". The length is 34" on the short and 37" on the long points.
