DISNEY-BRAVE LITTLE TAILOR- Vintage Lithograph-Mickey Mouse Before King
Obtained a large group of wonderful ORIGINAL VINTAGE LITHOGRAPHS ISSUED BY @WALT DISNEY PRODUCTIONS. PRINTS STORED AWAY FROM LIGHT SO COLORING IS WONDERFULLY VIVBRANT. PLEASE BE SURE TO VIEW OUR OTHER LISTINGS.
BRAVE LITTLE TAILOR. A giant is abroad in the land. Mickey, a timid little tailor, has not heard the new. Because he had boasted "I killed seven at a blow" (the seven having been flies, not men), he is dragged before the King, who appoints him to kill the giant and promises him the hand of the Princess Minnie if he succeeds. Mickey is terrified, but promises Minnie to make good. After thrilling adventures and fearsome encounters with the giant, Mickey conquers him. Then, midst general rejoicing, Mickey receives his reward-the Princess-and they live happily ever after.
Measures 7-7/8 inches wide by 10 inches high. Very suitable for framing. If you trim off the bottom storyline the print would measure 7-7/8 inches wide by 8-1/2 inches high. Not certain if these illustrations are from calendars, or book plates. No printing on the backs. This does show a hole/tear at the top middle edge of print, where someone possibly hung up print. Can trim off and still be a nice frameable print.
