Mix butter, egg, a pinch of salt and a little bit grated nutmeg. Add bag contents and mix again to a steady mass.
With 2 teaspoons give some dough in the cooking broth.
Let dumplings cook for about 20 minutes in the broth, and another 5 - 10 minutes in the broth without cooking.
