It is printed on high quality parchment like paper and will come with insertion instructions.
It has exactly the same look as a kosher scroll, but not hand written.

The non-kosher klaf for the mezuzah is decent for the price. It's printed well and looks nice, but lacks the authenticity of a handwritten one. Good for those on a budget.
