The binding is in Good condition with a small round mark to the front board, other small light marks and signs of wear, slight discolouration to the spine, broken hinge to the back board (though board still attached), and corner knocks. In spite of the faults this is still an attractive binding for this very collectable Charles Lindbergh first edition book.

Lindbergh has 1038 numbered pages and has stunning map front endpapers and rear endpapers to the back of the book and s filled with maps, photographs and the numerous journal entries of Charles Lindbergh. The pages are in Good to Very Good condition with an inscription to the Half Title page dated Christmas 1970. The pages are very clean, with not much foxing that is noticeable to the edges of the pages, though this book originally belonged to a book reviewer and so there are neat annotations to the margins.
