3-Day Emergency Preparedness Kit for One Person

This pack consists of 12 foil pouches of freeze dried food, providing one person with 3 meals plus a dessert per day for 3 days. The pouches are airtight and water tight. The freeze dried food will require the addition of boiling water to prepare. These pouches have a 7-year shelf-life from the day of manufacture. Please allow for approximately 6 months less than the full shelf life to account for our supply chain.

This pack provides enough nutrition for one active person (1627 kcal/day) for 3 days, or in survival situations, it can provide one adult (800 kcal/day) for up to 6 days
