This beautiful olive wood rolling pin is made from a very hard wood, olive wood is the perfect material for a rolling pin. Beautifully smooth, it sits comfortably in your hands and looks stunning. Also as olive wood is a very dense wood, with a very close grain it will not disintegrate at all, and will not take on any liquids or smells from the food, nor will it transfer anything from the wood to the food. Measurements are approximate as the olive wood is irregular, and you will never find two alike.
