VINTAGE KOYO KTR 1375-L PORTABLE TRANSISTOR RADIO

KOYO KTR 1375-L Portable Transistor RadioKoyo Denki Co Ltd of Kodaira Tokyo are one of Japans most venerated radio makers with a particular speciality for portable multi band sets of high performance.This rare Koyo set dates from the 60s. It has black leatherette cabinet, with Long Wave, Medium Wave, and FM . It is in very good condition. It is a used radio some 40 years old, The radio is in fine working order - tuning cleanly on all bands and performing particularly well. It has good sensitivity and selectivity, and produces excellent sound through twin speakers.The original twin aerials are perfect and retract and extend fully for optimum FM reception.The battery bay is good and takes 4 x D batteries (not supplied). And the radio also offers the convenience of work 6V via adapter into a socket in the rear.( adapter not supplied)It offers tremendous ease of use, is highly portable, and will provide daily listening pleasure.
