What SIZE Do I Need?
Measure your wrist size -- a flexible sewing tape measure works great for this! Subtract 1/2" to 3/4" from your wrist size to determine the size of the wristband you need. Wristbands are to be snug, but not tight. If you are in between sizes, it works better for the band to be smaller rather than larger. Wristband sizes are Small(5.5"), Medium (6.0"), Large (6.5"), Extra Large (7.0") and 2XL (7.5").
