Soothing tired muscles, to increase circulation in arthritic joints, while preparing muscles before exercise and ease soreness after working out.



How to use:

Rub it onto the affected areas. Using the fingertips of both hands, gently but firmly massage the balm into the skin. Work the fingertips in a circular motion and move outwards from the centre of pain to the surrounding areas.

When the skin becomes tacky and slightly sticky commence massaging with the thumb pads of both hands. Light pressure can be applied to move the skin in a rhythmic circular motion. Continue massaging until the Counterpain Analgesic Balm has disappeared completely into the skin.

However do not use as part of any long term massage treatment program.


Apply Cool Counterpain Analgesic Balm as often as necessary from one up to three times a day. If pain is severe and persistent you are advised to consult your physician.
