This is an LED recessed retrofit trim light from Philips. It uses 10 watts with the incandescent equivalent of 65 watts. The light quality is supposed to be daylight, right in the middle at 5000K on the scale shown on the back of the box. As shown, the box has been opened and the inner packaging is missing. I honestly can't tell one way or the other if this has been used or not. See pictures for details.
