Text is clean and unmarked, binding is tight, one page is folded over inside. Cover is clean but does show some signs of wear, several notations inside front cover in ink that appear to be a diganosis of someone. Summer of 1982 saw emergency rooms in the SF Bay Area received six baffling new patients. All were drug addicts. All has recently used a synthetic analogue of heroin.
