Text is clean and unmarked, binding tight, owners seal and signature on title page, some tanning of pages due to age otherwise clean. Cover is clean, some tanning due to paper used, small rips top spine. Association copy Joe Lightner has both his seal and signature on title page. He was head of the Magic Circle, one of the editors of the Sphinx and well know magician in his day.
