Victorian Trade Card - ACORN STOVES and RANGES - Rathbone, Sard & Co.
Very nice old advertising card for "Acorn Stoves and Ranges", featuring a well-dressed pretty blond girl on a swing. In the lower right corner is a small diamond framing an "8", followed by the number "397". There is no advertising on the front of the card.
The back claims that Acorn Stoves and Ranges are "THE BEST IN THE WORLD", with "OVER 1,000,000 IN USE."
Size: approx. 7½" x 4"

Condition: Good, I'd say. The card is only lightly soiled but has somewhat rough edges and rounded corners. There's about a ¼" closed tear in the top edge and a large horizontal crease that runs through the girl's hat. (Please see scans.)
